Challenge
Many people experience confusion or isolation when it comes to intimacy, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, but often feel hesitant to seek help. Traditional therapy can feel stigmatizing, expensive, or unapproachable, and many digital tools lack the nuance and empathy required for such sensitive topics.
The goal was to create a friendly, inclusive, trusted digital companion that helps users explore emotional and sexual wellness in a safe environment, combining conversational AI with evidence-based sexology insights. The brand needed to feel warm and welcoming, not clinical or cold.
Opportunity
Through workshops with sexologists, relationship coaches, and UX researchers, we uncovered key insights: users want anonymity and flexibility, access when they need it, not just during scheduled sessions. Intimacy issues intersect with identity, orientation, relationship structure, and emotional state, so one-size-fits-all tools lack relevance.
We defined the vision: "Your inclusive intimacy companion, smart, safe, and open to all." A conversational, quiz-based onboarding helps the system understand user identity, context, and goals, enabling personalized guidance. The tone remains warm, friendly, and empowering, reducing stigma and encouraging engagement.
The brand identity features soft gradients, friendly typography, and iconography designed for inclusive representation across all genders, orientations, and relationship types.
Outcome
Launched Lure AI with full brand identity and chat experience, a differentiated product in the intimacy wellness space that's friendly, inclusive, and tech-enabled.
Users complete the onboarding quiz in 3-4 minutes, entering a personalized chat path tailored to their specific needs and comfort level. The platform is equipped with brand system and software foundation to expand: mobile app, partner mode, multilingual support, and community features.
The project stands as a reference for inclusive wellness tech, combining branding sensibility with robust software implementation.



Landscape helped us overcome our customers' fear by creating a brand that felt trustworthy, emphasized our scientific research, but also felt hopeful and personable. We had to strike the right balance between medical credibility, but also feeling warm and welcoming. We didn't want to become a cold and impersonal medical brand. Our clients are struggling with anxiety and depression, and are often in very dark places, so we wanted a brand that would inspire hope.
